Health Care Reform 2009
As a consequence of the June 6th OFA Health Care Event at my home, I have attempted to educate myself on the issue of health care reform, and I can tell you that I am more confused than ever. There are many persuasive and conflicting solutions and argument from all parties involved, including the health care consumer (all of us), to health care provides, physicians, nurses, hospitals, health care services managers, economists that study the issue, politicians, and others. In an effort to present resources that our community may find helpful in deciding how to support the coming legislative attempts to reform health care, I will post in this Forum some of the more interesting sources of information for your review. This will not an exhaustive list - but there is plenty of food for thought among the links. I invite everyone to post links to articles, web sites and blogs as well as to set out your thoughts and concerns here. Let’s have a discussion about one of the most important and challenging issues that face us today! -Mark Goldsher
